People v. J.F.
Client was charged with unlawful taking of a vehicle, and was facing a probation violation on a 27 count burglary case. Client was being held without bail. The client initially had the public defender appointed. His public defender told him to plea to 7 years in state prison because the plea offer would not get any better. After Booth Law took over the case, we were able to hire an investigator, collect our own evidence, and get the case completely dismissed.
People v. C.P.
Client was charged with domestic battery, and aggravated trespass. Our client was facing jail time, domestic violence classes, and community labor. We were able to file a motion that resulted in all charges being dismissed.
People v. C.R.
Client was charged with felony hit and run causing serious injury. Additional allegations were alleged that made the case a strike offense. The client was on parole, and being held without bail. After an extensive defense investigation, the client was ultimately cleared by DNA evidence and the case was completely dismissed.
People v. M.W.
Client charged with domestic violence - causing injury, battery on a police officer, and two counts of resisting arrest. Client was on video hitting a police officer, and shouting obscenities at the officer. After aggressive negotiation and investigation, we were able to get all charges dismissed.
People v. F.F.
Client was charged with violating felony probation for terrorist threats, and facing up to 4 years in state prison. He was being held with no bail. We were able to get all charges dismissed.
People v. G.F.
Client charged with one count of felony assault with a deadly weapon and facing prison time. After conducting the preliminary hearing, and filing a 995 motion, Booth Law was able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss the charges if client completes community service. Client was able to maintain his clean record and avoid jail and court fines.
People v. K.B.
Client was charged with attempted murder, accused of stabbing the victim over 25 times, and facing life in state prison. After thorough investigation we were able to negotiate a plea to assault with a deadly weapon, and 5 years probation.
"Miles was an excellent resource and amazing attorney. He is honest, and extremely professional. He got several of my cases dismissed, and takes his time with his work. I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone awesome."
“He was God sent! He worked on my case diligently....updating me with every single detail...
telling me not to stress and just leave everything to him. He never failed to answer all the
questions I asked him...explaining terms I didn't understand. Then I got the good news, the case was closed!
For the first time, I had a good night sleep and woke-up late! I'm back to living a normal life...sleepless nights are over...no stress...no more worrying about the case. This is all because of you, Miles, thank you so much!”
Miles is intelligent and knows the inner workings of the Judicial System. He is very professional and savvy.
He gives much thought to his cases and more importantly to his clients.
He is accessible and responsive when communicating, and always makes time for my phone calls and promptly returns emails. Five stars is not enough for Miles.
