People v. J.F.

Client was charged with unlawful taking of a vehicle, and was facing a probation violation on a 27 count burglary case. Client was being held without bail. The client initially had the public defender appointed. His public defender told him to plea to 7 years in state prison because the plea offer would not get any better. After Booth Law took over the case, we were able to hire an investigator, collect our own evidence, and get the case completely dismissed.


People v. C.P.

Client was charged with domestic battery, and aggravated trespass. Our client was facing jail time, domestic violence classes, and community labor. Miles Booth filed a motion that resulted in all charges being dismissed.

Client was charged with felony hit and run causing serious injury.  Additional allegations were alleged that made the case a strike offense. The client was on parole, and being held without bail. After an extensive defense investigation, the client was ultimately cleared by DNA evidence and the case was completely dismissed.

People v. G.F.

Client charged with one count of felony assault with a deadly weapon and facing prison time. After conducting the preliminary hearing, and filing a 995 motion, Miles Booth was able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss the charges if client completes community service. Client was able to maintain his clean record and avoid jail and court fines.

Client was charged with attempted murder, accused of stabbing the victim over 25 times, and facing life in state prison. After thorough investigation Miles Booth was able to negotiate a plea to assault with a deadly weapon, and 5 years probation.


People v. A.A.

Client was facing up to 9 years in prison. After extensive negotiation Miles Booth was able to get the false imprisonment charge, assault with a deadly weapon charge and great bodily injury enhancement dismissed. Client was able to avoid any time in custody and the opportunity to get the case reduced to a misdemeanor.

Client was charged with misdemeanor terrorist threats, and facing harsh penalties. Miles Booth filed a motion that resulted in all charges being dismissed.
